Overview:
The purpose of this skills programme is to provide learners with a set of skills to implement operational strategy. The skills programme forms a critical element of the management development path and provides credit towards the certificate in management development (ID: 57712).
 
Who should attend?
This programme is dedicated to those who find themselves leading multi-skilled and multi-disciplinary teams.
Entry Requirements:
Proficiency in reading and writing English at NQF level 3. It is recommended that learners complete the management fundamentals unit, (study school 1) prior to attending this programme.
Certification:
Learners successfully completing the programme, will be awarded credits towards the Certificate in Management Development - 57712.
