Overview:
The skills programme forms a critical element of the management development path and provides credit towards the certificate in management development (ID: 57712) It is based on the following unit standards:
 • 11473 Manage individual and team performance.
 • 242824 Apply leadership contexts in a work environment.
 • 242819 Motivate and build teams.
 • 242815 Apply the organisation's code of conduct in a work environment.
 
Who should attend?
This programme is dedicated to those who find themselves leading multi-skilled and multi-disciplinary teams.
Entry Requirements:
A desire to learn, and proficiency in English at NQF Level 3. It is recommended that learners complete management fundamentals unit, (study school 1) prior to attending this programme.
Certification:
Learners successfully completing the programme, will be awarded credits towards the Certificate in Management Development. (57712).
