Overview:
International and national imperatives have made HR development an urgent priority to meet global competition and to
ensure the economic growth needed to meet major social and infrastructure development in South Africa.
 
Who should attend?
The training is for senior HR Development
managers who seek to play a strategic role in the development of people within their organisations.
Entry Requirements:
Entrants need to have been assessed and declared competent in all the unit standards covered by the Higher Certificate and Diploma in OD ETD Practice at NQF Level 5.
Certification:
Learners successfully completing the programme by being assessed and declared will be awarded the B.Tech: HRD.
