Overview:
The purpose of this learning programme is to provide learners with a comprehensive set of skills required to accept accountability and to operate successfully at the first level of management in their organisation.
The programme is made up of the traditional 4 study schools although the development unit (DU) approach is available for clients who seek to minimise interruption to the work place.

Who should attend?
This programme is dedicated to those who find themselves on a management development pathway or in leadership positions.
Entry Requirements:
A will to learn, and proficiency in reading and writing English at NQF Level 3.
Certification:
Learners who successfully complete all portfolios per study school or development unit, a panel presentation and who meet the requirements of the fundamental unit standards will be awarded the full qualification.
