Who should attend?
The programme is for people who seek to build a career in training and who want to build a solid foundation for future development with a good understanding of training within the organisational context.
Entry Requirements:
Proficiency in reading and writing English at NQF Level 3.
Certification:
On completion of all assessments, learners are issued with a FET certificate. This automatically qualifies them to register for the Higher Certificate in OD ETD Practice at NQF Level 5.
