Overview:
The constant state of change has a powerful impact on people within the organisation. This means that managers need to become more flexible by acquiring new skills in the field of change management. These skills include organisational change activities as well as personal skills and the competencies to deal with critical people processes.

 

 Who should attend?
This is designed for middle managers, who wish to obtain a better understanding of the overall impact of change in their organisations.
Entry Requirements:
Learners should hold an appropriate management qualification and have at least three years experience in a management position.
Certification:
This training is not NQF accredited as no appropriate unit standards are available, but learners successfully completing the programme will receive a certificate of completion.

Explore the impact of power, politics and leadership on the change process.

Experience selected change models and processes which have already been used in transforming real global organisations.
Provide an overview of some generic approaches to organisational change.
