Overview:
The objective of this practical communications workshop is to improve multi-directional communications while equipping people with the skills required to analyse communication needs contextually and communicate more effectively.

Who should attend?
The training is suitable for people at all levels in an organisation who need to communicate whether it is to seek or to impart information.
Entry Requirements:
Learners need a minimum educational level of NQF 4 with proficiency in English.
Certification:
Learners who successfully complete the workshop will receive a certificate of completion.

Learning Outcomes:

•	Analyse why communication is important and describe what kinds of information you need to transmit and receive.
•	Identify the people with whom you will be communicating.
•	Define what information they need from you and what information you need from them.
•	Determine the best methods / media to use in order to communicate effectively in the light of the above points.
•	Describe the communication objectives you want to achieve.
•	Assess the effectiveness of the communication process.
