Overview:
The purpose of this skills programme is to provide learners with a comprehensive set of skills to manage conflict caused by a diversity of factors within the organisational setting. This skills programme provides credits towards the Higher Certificate in Management. (ID: 59201) The following unit standard is covered:
114226: Interpret and manage conflicts within the workplace. Level 5. Credits 8.

 

Who should attend?
This programme is dedicated to those individuals or parties who find themselves in conflict situations, whether regular or irregular and need the skills to resolve the conflict.

Entry Requirements:
For learners intending to complete the full qualification, it is assumed that they are competent in:
Communication NQF 4
Mathematical Literacy NQF 4
Computer Literacy at NQF 4 .
Certification:
Learners successfully completing the programme, will be awarded the appropriate credits.
