Overview: We believe culture/climate/attitude studies should use scientifically valid research methodology, a user-friendly instrument and be quick and cost-effective.
Our process is confidential and anonymous ensuring optimum
accuracy of responses.
Objective: The study uses a multi-choice questionnaire
that takes 15-20 minutes to complete and is generally based on
stratified random sampling across a predetermined representative
population. The process includes a meeting with key stakeholders to
clarify the needs, the design of a customized questionnaire, selection
of the sample to complete the study, communication about the survey,
logistical arrangements including completion of the questionnaire, data
capture, collation and analysis of results and preparation of a
comprehensive report including recommendations.
