Design, Develop & Implement Quality Assurance

Overview:
This course is designed to assist training providers and employers in understanding and implementing a Quality Assurance System to meet legislative requirements. On completion of the course, 70% of the learner's Portfolio of Evidence will be completed. The additional evidence is completed four weeks after completion of the training.

 

Who should attend?
The training is suitable for administrators within an education environment, ETDPs, HR and line managers, Learnership administrators and emerging providers wishing to embark on the accreditation process.
Entry Requirements:
An NQF Level 4 education level with proficiency in reading and writing English.
Certification:

On completing of the course with a Portfolio of Evidence and being assessed as competent, the learners will receive a certificate of competence with credits towards the following unit standards: 15228 & 114924.

Learning Outcomes:
Understanding of the education and training legislative framework in SA.

Understanding of the National Qualifications Framework (NQF).

Understanding of where education and training authorities fit into the NQF and SA Qualifications Authority.

Understanding of structured learning in the workplace and education environment.

Clearly understand quality assurance requirements within an organisation.

Understanding of a Quality Management System framework within each individual organisation.

Understanding of internal and external auditing processes.

Have the ability to moderate and verify findings of internal and external audits.
