Overview:
The newly upgraded course is designed to equip practitioners with scope to develop competence in a selection of key ETD roles, enabling them to play leadership and management roles in the sector, while providing specialist skills in key areas.

Who should attend?
The programme is for experienced HRD practitioners seeking to move to the highest levels in HR Development or Management.
Entry Requirements:
To enter for the programme, learners must have the Higher Certificate in OD ETD Practice or an equivalent qualification.
Certification:
Competent learners are issued with the Diploma in OD ETD Practice at NQF Level 5, which qualifies them to enter the B.Tech degree programmes in HRD or HRM.
