Overview: If our organisations are to succeed in the rapidly changing global business environment they need to be able to draw on all of the skills, knowledge, enthusiasm, creativity and experience of their human resources. They will also have to ensure that their people can achieve the levels of synergy, trust and motivation that are needed to ensure constant renewal.
Who should attend?
The diversity workshop is aimed at teams and organisations with a diverse make-up which is hindering rather than helping performance and who need to understand each other better in order to complete more effectively in the competitive global marketplace. Entry Requirements:
Learners need to be proficient in writing and reading English.
Certification:
This training is not yet accredited with the NQF as appropriate unit standards are not available, but learners who successfully complete the course will
receive a certificate of completion.
