Overview:
The purpose of this skills programme is to provide learners with a set of skills to develop their emotional intelligence.

Who should attend?
This Unit Standard is intended for managers in all economic sectors.
Entry Requirements:
An education at NQF level 4 and proficiency in writing and reading English.
Certification:
Individuals who successfully complete the relevant action learning assignments will receive a certificate of competence for the skills programme unit standards.

Demonstrating knowledge and understanding of the principles and concepts of emotional intelligence in respect of life and work relations.

Analysing the role of emotional intelligence in interpersonal and intrapersonal relationships in life and work situations.

• Analysing the impact of emotional intelligence on life and work interactions.

Evaluating own level of emotional intelligence in order to determine development areas.
