Overview:
Maccauvlei’s employment equity and skills development programme is designed to equip organisations with the capacity to focus on the legislative issues, business imperatives and moral/ethical issues.

 
Who should attend?
The training is aimed at all those accountable for employment equity and skills development initiatives within an organisation.
Entry Requirements:
Learners need to be proficient in writing and reading English.
Certification:
This training is not yet accredited with the NQF as appropriate unit standards are not available, but learners who successfully complete the course will receive a certificate of completion.

Learners are equipped with essential tools required in managing disciplinary hearings.
Learners are exposed to the fundamental elements of the Labour Relations Act (Schedule 8).
Learning is supplemented and reinforced by vigorous discussions, debates, and videos.
