Overview:
Facilitation skills are increasingly being recognised as a foundation for a range of HR and general managerial competencies. Facilitation means literally “to make something easy” and it is now customary to find facilitation skills in a wide range of contexts, ranging from problem-solving to conflict resolution.

 
Who should attend?
This course is ideal for managers, supervisors or group leaders who are required to work with teams, particularly in business cultures or contexts that are undergoing extensive change.
Entry Requirements:
Learners need to be proficient in reading and writing English.
Certification:
This training is not accredited by the NQF. Learners who successfully complete the course receive a certificate of attendance.
