Overview:
The purpose of this learning programme is to provide learners with a comprehensive set of skills required to accept accountability and to operate successfully at the second level of management in their organisation.
The learning programme is made up of the traditional 4 study schools although an alternative option for clients wanting less interruption to production, includes the development unit approach.
 
Who should attend?
This programme is dedicated to those who find themselves in middle management positions.
Entry Requirements:
Professional communication ability at NQF Level 4 and first line management experience would be ideal.
Certification:
Learners successfully completing all development units and who meet the requirements of the fundamental unit standards, will be awarded the qualification.
