Overview: This programme provides individuals with the
capacity to make a significant contribution to skills development
and gives them a sound foundation to move on to a level where they
can add even more value at a strategic level, while focusing on the
4 phase training cycle.
Who should attend? This programme is for internal and
external training consultants / ETDPs wishing to
build a career in training, or HR
development.
Entry Requirements: Any other OD or HRD Certificate at
NQF Level 4, plus a minimum of
three years work experience in the
ETD environment, with a CV or work
record.
Certification:
Upon completion of all four portfolios and a panel presentation, the NQF Level 5 – NLRD 50334 – 120 credits will be awarded to learners who achieve the required level of competence.
