Overview:
Globalisation is having a profound impact on Employee Relations. In the last 20 years the traditional cornerstones of International Labour Organisation (ILO) activities have changed significantly as policies of economic liberalisation alter the relationship between the State, Labour and Business.

 

 
Who should attend?
Middle Managers; Supervisors; Employee (Industrial) Relations officials; Trade Union officials, potential Managers, Managers in Training (MITs).
Entry Requirements:
Learners need to be proficient in reading and writing English.

Certification:
This training is not yet accredited by the NQF. However, successful learners will receive a certificate of completion which will make them eligible for entry to the Maccauvlei Advanced Employment Relations Programme.
