Overview:
The purpose of this skills programme is to provide a comprehensive introduction to supervisory management that will also serve as a foundation for further management and leadership development. Unit Standards covered include:
 • 242814: Identify and explain the core and support functions of an organisation.
 • 242818: Describe the relationship of junior management to other roles.
 
Who should attend?
This programme is dedicated to those who find themselves in leadership positions and who require a solid and practical foundation in management.
Entry Requirements:
Proficiency in reading and writing English at NQF level 3.
Certification:
Learners successfully completing the programme, will be awarded credits towards the Certificate in Management Development (57712).
