Overview:
The purpose of this skills programme is to provide learners with a strategic set of skills to underpin leadership performance at the “Manager of Managers” level (Drotter) or middle management level. The skills programme forms a crucial part of the middle management development path.

 
 

Who should attend?
This programme is dedicated to those who find themselves leading multi-skilled and multi-disciplinary teams.
Entry Requirements:
For learners intending to complete the fill qualification, it is assumed that they are competent in:
• Communication NQF 4
• Mathematical Literacy NQF 4
• Computer Literacy at NQF 4 .
Certification:
Learners successfully completing the programme, will be awarded the appropriate credits.
