Who should attend?
The training is for front line/middle managers involved in the development and performance management of others.
Entry Requirements:
An NQF Level 4 education level with
proficiency in reading and writing
English.
Certification:
Diagnostic and formative
assessments take place during and
after learning and can be used in the summative assessment, which is via
a portfolio of evidence 6-8
weeks after completion of the training.
Learners will receive a certificate of competence with credits towards
the following unit standards: 114215
& 117864.
