Overview:
In today’s competitive environment, training and development needs to be sharply focused on achieving and assessing very specific outcomes, while meeting the requirements of the NQF. This ensures that learning can be aligned with the strategic objectives of the organisation while learners gain qualifications that are nationally recognised.
 

Who should attend?
The course is suitable for anyone with the necessary communication and maths capabilities who would like to become competent to align or design learning programmes.
Entry Requirements:
NQF 4 educational level including the capability to read and write English at this level.
Certification:
Learners who are assessed as competent against the prescribed unit standards will receive a certificate of competence in the following unit standards: 114924, 115755, 123394,  123401 & 123397.

 • Design outcomes-based assessments.

The training covers the development of short courses, skills programmes, and learnerships. The training includes classroom learning, self-directed project work, coaching and mentoring and e-mail communications.




 

Duration of Training:
5 days plus a six month workplace project
