Overview: 
The National Certificate: HR Management Practices & Support is the basic pro­gram­me of a series to help people become fully qualified professionals. The training develops competencies by focusing on a combination of core, life and critical cross field skills and providing the necessary the toolkits.
 

 
Who should attend?
The programme is for people entering the HR profession; those working in the field who have no formal qualification; and people who have already specialized but would like to broaden the scope of their HR expertise.
Entry Requirements:
Entrants require a minimum NQF 4 – Grade 12 education level and proficiency in reading and writing English.

Certification:
Learners successfully completing the programme will be awarded the National Certificate: HR Management Practices & Support.
