Overview:
The purpose of this programme is to provide a comprehensive set of skills to enable the planning, implementation and closure of a negotiation in an authentic (real) work situation.
Unit Standard covered:
13948: Negotiate an agreement in an authentic work situation NQF 4, credits 5.

 

Who should attend?
This programme is dedicated to those who find themselves in situations requiring some level of negotiation skills.

Entry Requirements:
A will to learn, and proficiency in reading and writing English at NQF level 3.
Certification:
Individuals who successfully complete the relevant action learning assignments will receive a certificate of competence for the skills programme unit standard.
