Overview:
Facilitation has emerged as the most successful method of promoting people development in a classroom environment, but this competence needs to be practice in an outcomes-based National Skills Development context if it is to deliver optimum value.
 

Who should attend?
The programme is essential for all educators and trainers requiring a solid foundation in the outcomes-based learning approach.
Entry Requirements:
An NQF Level 4 education level with proficiency at reading and writing English at this level.
Certification:
On completing of the course and being assessed, learners receive a certificate of competence for the following unit standards: 114924, 117870 & 117871.
