Overview:
The purpose of this course is to equip learners with the knowledge and skills to conduct facilitation and presentation in the ETDP field. It aims to provide the skills needed by facilitators in a changing market where learners are no longer passive recipients of a lecture but engage actively in the process.

Who should attend?
The course is for people who want to obtain a solid grounding in the facilitation, presentation and basic relevant administrative skills required in the ETDP field.
Entry Requirements:
Learners need general administration skills, computer literacy and communications at NQF level three.
