This 60-90 minute presentation is aimed at senior managers and is intended to give an update on the latest thinking with regard to leadership. The main purpose is to distil the key learning points from the leadership gurus in a user-friendly (and sometimes provocative) manner.

•Managing your Career:
Tips for getting to the top.
This is a two-hour presentation for recent graduates and bursary-holders, and is often included as part of an induction programme.

•Management Refresher (Workshop):
Get the latest management toolkit.
This one-day interactive workshop, which covers the latest management thinking, is aimed at both experienced and newly-appointed managers, and caters mainly for those in the upper-C and D-bands (paterson grading).

Although there is a strong theoretical foundation, the emphasis is on practical issues. Importantly, the focus is on making an immediate difference in the workplace. Even if you have completed an MDP, B.Com or MBA - or a similar course - you are likely to benefit from this workshop, which is based on specific needs identified in both the private and public sectors.
