Problem Solving Skills for Managers

Overview:
Avoidance of problems, particularly poor performance, carries a high price. It tends to shift work to better performers which causes burnout or the loss of high performers to other organisations. It also causes frustration and overreaction, damaging performance and morale. Effective problem-solving can turn these problems into win-win solutions.

 

Who should attend?
This course is for individuals, supervisors and managers who are accountable for operations with process streams that need to be managed.
Entry Requirements:
An NQF Level 3 education and proficiency in English, or the equivalent of this.
Certification:
On completing the course delegates will receive a certificate of competence provided that a workplace based Portfolio of Evidence has been completed and meets the assessment criteria.
