Overview:
The purpose of this skills programme is to provide learners with a set of skills to manage all aspects of their staff development and includes a special emphasis on talent retention. In terms of the leadership Pipeline, this programmes focuses on the “Manager of Managers” passage. The skills programme provides credit towards the higher certificate in management development (ID: 59201).
 

Who should attend?
This programme is dedicated to those who find themselves leading multi-skilled and multi-disciplinary teams.
Entry Requirements:
For learners intending to complete the fill qualification, it is assumed that they are competent in:
• Communication NQF 4
• Mathematical Literacy NQF 4
• Computer Literacy at NQF 4 .
Certification:
Learners successfully completing the programme, will be awarded the appropriate credits.
