Our team effectiveness model is designed to assist your teams to learn from and overcome challenges together, building confidence and synergy that makes a team much more effective than individual parts.

Who should attend?
The course is suitable for anyone who has to work in or with teams.
Entry Requirements:
Proficiency in reading and writing English.
Certification:
This training is not yet accredited with the NQF as appropriate unit standards are not available, but learners who successfully complete the course will receive a certificate of completion.
